Terms & Conditions
- The membership upgrade amount is based on the "actual payment amount" of the order.
- The system will automatically update the membership level within 24 hours after the order is completed.
- The birthday gift will be sent on the 1st of the month of the birthday and will be valid for 30 days.
- YUNOIR reserves the right to modify its membership rules and member benefits at any time.
Renewal Method
Members at all levels can renew their membership if they spend a specified amount within one year.
If the renewal threshold is not met, the system will automatically downgrade the membership level by one tier.

Membership expired
If any of the following situations occur during the membership period, the user will be blacklisted on the official website and their membership will be cancelled.
- Choosing cash on delivery and failing to pick up the goods without a valid reason once.

Can members at all levels upgrade their membership during the renewal period?
Yes, if your single or cumulative spending reaches a higher level threshold during your membership period, the system will automatically upgrade you.
Will VIP membership be automatically cancelled if the accumulated spending amount is not reached?
It will not be cancelled directly. If the membership does not meet the renewal requirements when it expires, it will be adjusted to the next membership level (e.g., downgraded from VVIP to VIP).
If a purchase that meets the upgrade threshold during the membership period is included in the renewal fee calculation?
Yes, the upgrade purchase will be included in the renewal accumulation amount for the new level.
How is membership validity calculated?
The membership period is 12 months from the upgrade date. For example, if you become a VIP on 2025/01/01, the membership will be valid until 2026/01/01.
Will reward points be automatically deducted or reduced due to order changes?
Yes, if an order is returned or cancelled, the points earned will be automatically deducted.
Will reward points expire?
Points are valid for 365 days from the date of issuance and will automatically expire after that period, and will not be reissued.
